Disclosure Regarding Individuals Under the Age of 16. Collectbase does not have actual knowledge of any “sale” of personal information of minors under 16 years of age. Collectbase does not have actual knowledge of any “sharing” of personal information of minors under 16 years of age for “cross-context behavioral advertising.”
Disclosure Regarding Opt-Out Preference Signals. Applicable law may provide for an opt out by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal).
